Protocol Support
The following protocols
are supported in the solution:
- H.323 V2, V4 – Peer to Peer, Gateway routed,
RAS (ARQ, LRQ)
- SIP – Peer to Peer and Proxy routed.
- G.729 IAX Trunk Gateways
Additional protocols are
also available. These may be added if required:
Call Control Features
The following features
are available on the system:
- CLI/ANI (calling number) based routing –
black listing, white listing, service based routing,
geographic based routing, CLI/ANI translation, CLI
restriction control.
- DNIS (called number) based routing – service
based routing, DNIS translation, premium number
translation and routing (13x, 1300x, 1800x, 1900x,
etc), routing on partition, NOA, Call Type.
- Number translation / manipulation – Standard
expression (wild-card) Pre, Post and Mid Call
Translations.
- Resource based routing – geographic routing,
percentage routing, time of day routing, least cost
routing, gateway failure based re-routing.
- Provisioning and Administration - User
Levels/Access, Support for Customer Partitions, Bulk
Loading, Web Based, Alarm Logs.
- Centrex Voice Features – Call Forwarding,
Caller ID, Call Hold, Call Transfer, Call Waiting, 3
Way Calling.
